This Privacy Policy explains how 2248 Flow, operated by Base Game Lab, handles information.

The game
2248 Flow is a number-merging puzzle game. Gameplay works offline and does not require an account. The game does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, in-app purchases, or subscriptions.
Information on your device
The game stores progress and preferences locally on your device so you can continue playing. This may include scores, completed levels, earned items or game currency, tutorial progress, and sound or haptic settings. We do not receive this saved information or send it to a game server.
Game sounds play through your device's audio output, and haptic feedback uses its vibration feature where supported. These features do not record audio or require microphone access. The game does not request access to your camera, contacts, or location.
Your operating system may include app data in device backups according to your device settings. Apple handles App Store distribution and any information you choose to share with Apple under its own privacy policy.
Support and privacy requests
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond to your request, resolve the issue, and keep necessary correspondence. Do not include passwords or other sensitive information. We retain correspondence only as needed for support or applicable legal obligations; you can ask us to delete it.
Opening a support or privacy link takes you to a website outside the game. Your browser and the website's hosting services process the technical information needed to deliver that page, such as an IP address and request details. This is separate from offline gameplay.
Your choices and deletion
You can remove the game's local data by deleting the app and its data from your device. Offloading an app may preserve its data. Backups are managed through your device or cloud backup settings. We cannot recover local progress that has been deleted.
There are no game accounts to delete. To request deletion of support correspondence or ask a privacy question, contact growth@basegamelab.com.
Children
The game does not collect personal information during gameplay, including from children. If a child has shared personal information in a support message, a parent or guardian can contact us to request its deletion.
Changes
We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
