Advertising Operations Privacy Policy

Base Game Lab is an independent game studio. This policy explains how our internal advertising operations tool handles Google Ads account data when Base Game Lab employees and authorized contractors use it to promote Base Game Lab's own games.
Data the tool accesses
After an authorized user connects a Base Game Lab-owned Google Ads account, the tool may access the account and campaign information needed for its approved workflows, including:
- account and campaign identifiers;
- campaign settings, status, budgets, bidding, targeting, and approved creative assets; and
- reporting metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, and campaign performance.
The tool does not request access to a user's email, contacts, files, or unrelated Google services through the Google Ads API.
How we use Google Ads account data
We use Google Ads account data only to create and manage App campaigns for Base Game Lab games, retrieve campaign reports, monitor performance, and maintain the internal tool. The tool is not offered to clients, other advertisers, or the public.
Sharing and access
Access is limited to Base Game Lab employees and authorized contractors who need it for Base Game Lab advertising operations. We do not sell Google Ads account data. We do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the security and integrity of the service.
Storage, security, and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect credentials and Google Ads account data. OAuth credentials and developer-token access are not exposed to public users. We retain account data only for as long as needed for the internal advertising workflows, security, legal obligations, and troubleshooting, then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.
Your controls
Authorized users can revoke the tool's Google account access through their Google Account permissions. To request access to or deletion of data held by the internal tool, contact us at baseardahan@gmail.com. Revoking access prevents future API access but does not automatically delete records that we must retain for legitimate operational, security, or legal reasons.
