Advertising Operations Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Base Game Lab internal advertising operations tool (the "tool"). The tool is used only by Base Game Lab employees and authorized contractors to manage advertising for Base Game Lab's own games. By accessing the tool, you agree to these terms.
Authorized use
You may use the tool only when Base Game Lab has authorized you to do so and only for Base Game Lab-owned Google Ads accounts. The tool is not offered to clients, other advertisers, or the public. You may not use it to manage third-party advertising accounts, provide advertising services to others, violate Google policies, or perform unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized activity.
Google account authorization
The tool uses Google OAuth and the Google Ads API to perform approved campaign creation, management, and reporting workflows. You must connect only a Google account that you are authorized to use for Base Game Lab advertising operations. You can revoke the tool's access through your Google Account permissions.
Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. These terms do not replace or modify any agreement between you and Google.
Account and credential security
You are responsible for protecting your Google account, access credentials, and any device used to access the tool. Do not share access, OAuth credentials, developer-token information, reports, or other restricted advertising data with unauthorized people. Notify Base Game Lab promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident.
Data and privacy
Our Advertising Operations Privacy Policy explains what Google Ads account data the tool accesses and how that data is used, stored, shared, retained, and deleted. By using the tool, you acknowledge those practices.
Availability and changes
The tool is provided for internal operational use and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features may be unavailable because of maintenance, security controls, Google API availability, account permissions, or policy requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Suspension and termination
Base Game Lab may suspend or terminate access when authorization ends, these terms or applicable policies are violated, continued access creates security or compliance risk, or the tool is no longer required for the user's work. When access ends, you must stop using the tool and return or delete restricted information as directed.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the tool is provided "as is" and without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free campaign results. Base Game Lab is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the tool, Google service interruptions, or advertising-account actions, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the tool, our operations, Google requirements, or applicable law. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
