These Terms of Use apply to Find the Dog, published by Base Game Lab. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The app
Find the Dog is a casual hidden-object puzzle game. You may use it for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its services, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or use it to violate laws or third-party rights.
Ads and rewarded ads
The app may show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads may grant in-game benefits only when the ad provider reports that the reward was earned. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
Some ads may be personalized if you have given the required platform authorization and regional consent. If you deny tracking or consent, the app should remain usable, but ads may be less personalized or ad availability may differ.
In-app purchases and virtual items
The app may offer in-app purchases such as No Ads, hints, coins, or level-continue offers. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and may be fulfilled or restored through purchase infrastructure such as RevenueCat.
Virtual items and entitlements are licensed for use inside the app. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be changed or discontinued where allowed by law and platform rules. Consumable items may not be restorable after use. Non-consumable entitlements such as No Ads should be restorable through the platform purchase system when supported.
Refunds and billing issues are handled by the store where you purchased the item, subject to Apple or Google policies.
No account requirement
Find the Dog does not require an account. Because there is no app account, account deletion is not available or necessary. You can delete local app data by deleting the app or clearing app storage on your device. For privacy requests, see Data Deletion & Privacy Requests.
User content and sharing
If you use a screenshot or share feature, you are responsible for what you choose to save or share through your device's share sheet or file system. Do not use sharing features to violate laws or third-party rights.
Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app, levels, ads, offers, prices, or features. We try to keep the game working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Privacy
Use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains data collection, ads, analytics, purchases, consent choices, and privacy requests.
Platform terms
Your download and purchases are also governed by the Apple App Store or Google Play terms that apply to your device and store account. If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory platform terms, the mandatory platform terms control for that issue.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or unavailable ads or services, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
