Marble Run Data Deletion & Privacy Requests
Last updated: August 3, 2026
Marble Run does not require user accounts, so there is no in-app account to delete.
This page explains how to delete local app data and make privacy requests related to data processed by the app and its service providers.

Delete local app data
Marble Run stores gameplay progress, settings, game balances, best times, streaks, notification preferences, cached level content, and similar app data locally on your device.
To delete this local data, delete or uninstall the app, or use your device's app-storage controls to clear its data where available. This may remove progress, settings, balances, and cached content.
Privacy and deletion requests
Contact growth@basegamelab.com and include the app name (Marble Run), your platform, the approximate date of use, and what request you are making. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Because the app has no accounts, we may not be able to identify all third-party SDK records from an email alone. We may ask for non-sensitive information needed to route the request, such as a support identifier, or provide provider-specific instructions.
Advertising identifiers, consent, and notifications
You can change App Tracking Transparency and notification permissions in iOS Settings. On Android, use the available advertising ID and notification controls. Where the app provides a consent or privacy choices flow, you can use it to change applicable ad-personalization or sale/share choices.
Third-party providers
Some data may be processed directly by providers such as AppLovin, Google/Firebase, Adjust, GameAnalytics, Apple, Google Play, or Base Game Lab services. They may retain information for fraud prevention, analytics, legal compliance, or service operations according to their own policies.
See the Privacy Policy for the current provider list and data-use summary.
