Summary
Marble Run is an ad-supported marble puzzle game. The app does not require an account and does not sell digital goods or subscriptions. Depending on the platform and build configuration, it may use advertising, analytics, attribution, remote-content, and diagnostic technologies to operate the game, show ads, and measure performance.
On iOS, the app may ask for App Tracking Transparency permission before allowing ad partners to use the device advertising identifier (IDFA) or track activity across apps and websites for advertising or measurement. If permission or regional consent is denied, the game should remain playable, but ads may be less personalized.
Data we may collect or process
Depending on your device, region, settings, and app build, the app and its service providers may process:
- Gameplay and app activity: app opens, level starts, completions and failures, play duration, settings changes, ad actions, and similar product interactions.
- Advertising data and identifiers: ad impressions and interactions, placement context, device advertising identifiers such as IDFA on iOS or Advertising ID on Android when permitted, and ad-network measurement data.
- Device and technical data: device model, operating system, app version, IP address, coarse region inferred from network data, diagnostics, performance, and SDK logs.
- Local app data: level progress, settings, coins and other game balances, best times, streaks, tutorial and notification preferences, cached level content, and anonymous identifiers used for analytics or rollout decisions.
- Notification data: local notification permission and scheduling state. Marble Run uses local device notifications; it does not require your contacts.
The app does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, precise location, camera, or microphone access for normal gameplay.
Why data is used
We and our service providers may use data to operate the game, remember progress and settings, deliver local reminders you allow, show and measure ads, provide personalized or contextual ads as permitted, measure game and feature performance, attribute installs or campaigns, prevent fraud, diagnose problems, maintain security, and respond to support or privacy requests.
Service providers
Marble Run may use the following providers depending on platform and build configuration:
- AppLovin MAX for ads, mediation, consent/privacy-choice flows, and ad measurement.
- Google AdMob / Google User Messaging Platform where used through mediation or consent flows.
- Firebase Analytics and Firebase Remote Config for analytics and remote configuration when enabled.
- Adjust for attribution and campaign measurement.
- GameAnalytics for game analytics events when enabled.
- Apple App Store and Google Play for app distribution.
- Base Game Lab services for remote level delivery and privacy-limited analytics when enabled.
- Capacitor plugins for native features such as haptics and local notifications.
These providers may process data according to their own privacy policies and SDK disclosures. Store privacy labels and Google Play Data Safety answers are completed from the final build and provider configuration.
Tracking, ATT, and ad consent
On iOS, Apple requires apps to request App Tracking Transparency permission before tracking you across other companies' apps and websites or accessing IDFA for tracking. You can allow or deny this prompt and later change the choice in iOS Settings.
In regions where consent is required for personalized ads or ad-tracking storage and access, the app or its ad SDK may show a consent flow. ATT permission and regional privacy consent are separate requirements. Personalized ads should only be enabled when the required choices allow it. Privacy choices such as opting out of sale or sharing may also be offered where applicable.
Children
Marble Run is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app or related services, contact growth@basegamelab.com.
Data retention
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app storage, or uninstall the app. Third-party providers retain data according to their own rules and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can change ATT and notification permissions in device settings, reset or limit your advertising identifier where available, use in-app privacy choices where provided, clear local data by deleting the app or clearing app storage, and contact growth@basegamelab.com for privacy requests.
See Data Deletion & Privacy Requests for more detail.
