These Terms of Use apply to Marble Run, published by Base Game Lab. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The app

Marble Run is a casual marble puzzle game. You may use it for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its services, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or use it to violate laws or third-party rights.

Ads and rewarded ads

The app may show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads may grant an in-game benefit only when the ad provider reports that the reward was earned. Ad availability is not guaranteed. If you deny tracking or consent, the game should remain usable, but ads may be less personalized or availability may differ.

Virtual items

Marble Run does not sell digital goods or subscriptions. Coins, hints, rewards, and similar virtual items are earned or granted only inside the game. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be changed or discontinued where allowed by law and platform rules.

No account requirement

Marble Run does not require an account. Because there is no app account, account deletion is not available or necessary. You can delete local app data by deleting the app or clearing app storage. For privacy requests, see Data Deletion & Privacy Requests.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, Marble Run may schedule local gameplay reminders on your device. You can disable them in the app or your device settings.

Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app, levels, ads, offers, prices, or features. We try to keep the game working but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Privacy

Use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Platform terms

Your download is also governed by the Apple App Store or Google Play terms that apply to your device and store account. Mandatory platform terms control if they conflict with these Terms on a particular issue.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or unavailable ads or services, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
